RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, so too does our response at Facet Advisors. We continue to focus on serving clients while also doing what we can to protect the health and well-being of all.
Currently, we are utilizing a remote working environment. This means that our physical office location is minimally staffed, and our professionals will be collaborating with you and each other primarily through other means – by phone and email. We also wanted to inform you of the following information:
Face-to-Face Client Meetings / Tax Information – We want to do our part to keep clients and employees healthy, and therefore, we are discouraging all in-person client meetings and on-site visits. We will be working with you to find acceptable alternatives. Tax clients can scan and email documents to us, utilize fax or share documents with us through our online portal (Sharefile). If you do not currently have access to Sharefile, please reach out to your Facet Advisors professional.
Tax Deadlines – There are a lot of announcements and reports circulating regarding changes to the tax deadlines or other filing requirements. Our goal is to complete all filings by the original deadlines in order to allow our clients maximum time to deal with other matters. We ask that you aim to have your information to us as early as possible due to high workloads at this time of year. If any changes are made, we will notify you as soon as we have information.
